Paul is the Managing Director of PJC Ltd, an Education Advisor to the UK Department for Education (and associated agencies), and a trusted partner to many clients involved in education and training (nationally and internationally).

Paul has close to twenty years’ experience of designing, researching, implementing, and managing complex national education and training policy initiatives and quality improvement programmes for the Department for Education, key partner agencies (e.g. IfATE), Ofqual, international governments/ministries, leading awarding organisations (AOs), professional and specialist bodies, employers and industry, and a wide-range of sector-based clients.

PJC was established in 2011.

We have been working closely with the Department for Education (DfE), public and private-sector clients, and centres, practitioners, and learners, to deliver improvements to quality, standards, experiences, and outcomes in national and international education and training ever since.
